A safe working environment

DivibaX is specially developed in close cooperation with the users to ensure both patients and healthcare professionals. The result is a sterile mixing device that is aerosol-proof and prevents backflow after mixing. DivibaX is designed as a closed system without needles that increases the safety of healthcare professionals and patients in use. When DivibaX is coupled with a vial and an IV container, it cannot be disassembled, which ensures full traceability related to the infusion.

DivibaX is supplied sterile - Ready-to-Use

The healthcare professionals should simply mix the contents of the vial and the IV container, which can be done at the patient's bed, as our medical device is 100% aerosol-proof. This means that efficiency can be increased, since it does not need be mixed under laminar air flow (LAF).

The background for Divibax?

DivibaX is used in connection with antibiotics and penicillin, where resistance among healthcare professionals and patient is a risk. Because our medical equipment is a closed system, healthcare professionals can now stand next to the patient and mix the medicine without releasing vapours or particles from the mixing system. The risk of spreading aerosol toxicological particles is eliminated, so healthcare professionals avoid developing resistance to penicillin and / or antibiotics.

In addition, DivibaX solves one of the market's biggest challenges: backflow into the vial. It is a unique feature ensuring that the patient receives the exact dose. Once the infusion set is mounted, the spike will close for access to the vial.
